Paulina specializes in corporate advisory, civil and commercial contracts, and M&A transactions conducted in both Polish and English. She advises clients at every stage of the transaction process – conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documentation, and providing support in structuring transactions. She has experience in M&A projects carried out in both asset deal and share deal structures. Her practice also includes representing clients in court proceedings, including post-transaction (post-M&A) disputes concerning representations and warranties made under a share purchase agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares in a limited liability company.
Paulina graduated with distinction in Law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She further developed her expertise in corporate law by completing the “Academy of Companies” postgraduate programme at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as an Intellectual Property and New Media Law at the Jagiellonian University.
