Before joining LYNX, Alexandra worked at an international law firm specializing in software and technology law, where she advised startups as well as venture capital funds and investors. She subsequently gained extensive experience at a leading Slovak law firm, focusing primarily on commercial and corporate law, litigation, and insolvency proceedings, while also gaining practice in regulatory compliance across various industries, including financial regulation in the banking and insurance sectors.
Alexandra’s academic background spans the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Slovakia, combining common law and civil law perspectives. She holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law and is qualified as a Slovak attorney. Fluent in Slovak and English, with a basic knowledge of German, she is well equipped to advise clients in cross-border matters.
