About

Frank advises corporate clients on complex business activities across Central and Eastern Europe, with particular strength in cross-border and multijurisdictional matters. Dual qualification to practice in both Germany and Lithuania gives clients seamless navigation of two legal systems through a single trusted advisor. His rare fluency in German, English, and Lithuanian removes communication barriers when negotiating with counterparties or coordinating teams across jurisdictions. Clients consistently describe him as building bridges between German and Lithuanian mentality and law.

A career beginning with legal studies at Hamburg University led to specialized insolvency training and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cape Town. As managing partner of the firm’s Lithuanian office, Frank combines strategic leadership with hands-on client service. His extensive publication record – including contributions to leading international legal texts on insolvency law – demonstrates thought leadership that keeps clients ahead of regulatory developments. Beyond professional work, his engagement as a former president of Vilnius International Rotary Club reflects his commitment to the Lithuanian business community. Clients gain an advisor who pairs institutional expertise with entrepreneurial responsiveness.
