Dominik is a tier-ranked legal expert with over twenty years of experience in the CEE energy sector. As Head of Energy and Environment at LYNX, he focuses on the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, particularly wind, solar, and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems). His practice is centered on M&A, project finance, and development transactions, where he manages the transition from initial investment to operational asset.

In the construction phase, Dominik handles the negotiation of industry-standard contracts, including BoP, TSA, O&M, and TCMA agreements. He also represents energy producers and gas suppliers in regulatory and licensing proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. His technical knowledge extends to emerging sectors such as biogas and biomethane, providing clients with comprehensive coverage of the energy market.

Dominik advises in Polish, German and English, enabling him to support international investors directly across cross-border transactions and local regulatory proceedings.
