Katarzyna advises clients on matters at the intersection of criminal liability and regulatory compliance. Her practice covers white‑collar crime defence, tax-related prosecutions, and compliance issues arising from EU‑funded projects. She draws on her experience as a tax prosecutor to provide a broader perspective on criminal defence matters. She also supports businesses across a range of sectors, with a focus on practical legal solutions aligned with commercial realities.
Prior to qualifying as an attorney, Katarzyna gained experience in legal and advisory roles within organisations of varying structures. She has worked extensively in international and multicultural environments across Europe, cooperating with academic institutions, industrial partners and SMEs in the innovation and sustainable energy sectors. She holds a law degree from the University of Silesia and studied at the University of Padua under the Erasmus programme. She has also completed executive education trainings at UCLA Anderson School of Management and ESADE Business School. This combined legal and business background enables her to advise on both the legal and practical aspects of clients’ operations.
