LYNX advised Eisenwerk Arnstadt GmbH, a company of the German DIHAG Holding GmbH group, on the sale of its assets in Poland. The transaction formed part of the group’s restructuring measures.
The transaction involved the sale of a majority stake in Odlewnia Żeliwa Bydgoszcz, as well as 100% of the shares in Ewa Polska.
The transaction was led by Dominika Wągrodzka, who provided legal advice and support throughout all stages of the sale process, from the bidding phase and negotiations to post-closing matters.
