Nina advises international clients on the full lifecycle of corporate operations in Slovakia. Her practice spans domestic and cross-border mergers, where she guides clients through governance, corporate structuring and implementation aspects. She regularly conducts trainings for directors and executives, combining legal accuracy with a practical, business-oriented approach. Fluency in English and German enables seamless coordination with headquarters and counterparties across Central Europe.

Before joining the firm in 2010, Nina built her foundations at DLA Piper, gaining exposure to international standards and complex transactions. She graduated from Comenius University in Bratislava and enriched her legal education through studies at the University of Vienna and an exchange programme at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Clients benefit from an advisor who pairs rigorous technical skills with genuine understanding of cross-border commercial realities.
