With more than 2o years of experience living and working in Hungary, Jan specializes in cross-border mid-cap transactions across diverse industries, combining a broad international legal background with deep local expertise in law and market dynamics.

An enthusiast for Central and Eastern Europe, he acts as a connector between law, business, and culture, helping clients navigate complex regional landscapes with clarity and confidence. Jan has also shared his expertise as a visiting professor at the Central European University in Vienna.
