About

Maciej advises international investors, fund managers, and operators on the full lifecycle of renewable energy and real estate investments. His practice spans regulatory frameworks, permitting, contracting, and transactional support for both greenfield developments and operational projects. Clients benefit from an advisor who views legal challenges through a business lens, aligning advice with commercial objectives. Fluency in English, German, Swedish, and Polish removes barriers when coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams or negotiating with counterparties across Europe.

Since joining Lynx in 2009 and the Gdańsk Bar in 2012, Maciej has built a track record advising on farmland portfolios, energy-related assets, and complex compliance matters. Professional stints in Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden deepen his understanding of cross-border dynamics. He holds an LL.M. in Energy Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, complemented by a Master of Law and a B.A. in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Gdańsk. Additional credentials in accounting, legal translation, and the Legal MBA programme round out his commercial acumen. Clients gain a partner who combines technical depth with entrepreneurial responsiveness.
