About

Krzysztof leads both the competition and dispute resolution teams at LYNX Poland. His practice spans civil liability claims, commercial contract disputes, corporate conflicts, and construction law matters. Clients benefit from his ability to navigate proceedings at every level, from the President of UOKiK through appellate courts to the Supreme Court. Fluency in English, Polish, and Russian removes barriers when coordinating international matters or negotiating with counterparties across borders. He regularly shares his expertise as an annual speaker at the Polish Infrastructure Congress, the country’s largest and most prestigious industry conference.

Admitted to the Polish Bar in 2003, Krzysztof built his foundation with postgraduate studies in EC Competition Law at King’s College London and a law degree from the University of Warsaw. He lectures on civil procedure at Adexemplum, Poland’s largest school preparing legal trainees for the bar exam. His published works on competition law and construction disputes reflect decades of practical insight. Recent successes include a landmark arbitration victory in the Racibórz Dolny flood reservoir dispute and securing approximately fifty million euros in mediated settlements for leading infrastructure contractors. Clients gain an advisor who combines academic rigor with courtroom-tested strategy.
