Rainer is a Founding Partner of LYNX and Co-Head of the firm’s International Practice Group with a strong focus on real estate. He advises clients on complex cross-border mid-cap transactions across a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in real estate projects, greenfield investments and brownfield restructurings.

With more than 27 years of professional and personal experience living and working in Hungary, Rainer combines a broad international legal background with deep, hands-on knowledge of local law, market dynamics and business culture in Central and Eastern Europe. Born in Romania and shaped by a truly international career, he has a natural affinity for the CEE region and a nuanced understanding of its opportunities and challenges.

Rainer is widely recognized for his ability to connect international investors, local stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
