This balanced experience means he anticipates how procurement officials evaluate bids and structure compliance requirements. Since joining LYNX in 2022, Michał has built a track record advising on landmark infrastructure projects. He has participated in tender committees on numerous occasions, giving him firsthand insight into evaluation processes. His academic foundation includes law degrees from the University of Białystok, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, and the University of Valencia in Spain.
