Kinga Plewnicka advises businesses on contractual disputes, debt recovery, and employment matters with a focus on practical outcomes. Kinga earned her Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She qualified as an attorney in 2018 and joined Lynx in April 2025, bringing experience accumulated across civil, employment, and commercial practice areas. Her advisory work includes guiding employers through the establishment and termination of employment relationships, reviewing internal regulations, and managing employment-related risks.
