Grzegorz delivers practical legal guidance across the energy value chain. His practice spans concession proceedings, power system infrastructure matters, and cross-border fuel and electricity transactions. Clients in the renewables sector benefit from his comprehensive understanding of support schemes, interconnection requirements, and regulatory authority engagement. He also maintains an active real estate practice, advising investors and developers on acquisitions, financing structures, and construction project implementation.
Before his partnership elevation in January 2022, Grzegorz built a reputation for translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable commercial strategies. He holds a doctorate and master’s degree in law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, complemented by a master’s degree in sociology from the same institution. Currently, he lectures on Energy and Climate Policy at Kozminski University in Warsaw and serves as a fellow at the European Law Institute in Vienna.
