About

Dominika advises domestic and international clients across the full lifecycle of their business activities in Poland. Her practice spans corporate structuring, strategic acquisitions, commercial contracts, competition and consumer protection law, and employment matters. She excels at establishing distribution networks and navigating regulatory frameworks for companies entering new markets. Fluency in Polish, English, and German enables seamless coordination with counterparties and counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Clients value her ability to combine legal precision with a sharp understanding of commercial objectives.

Her career began at Rödl & Partner, an international consulting firm, before co-founding a Warsaw law practice in 2005. This entrepreneurial foundation shaped an advisor who understands both institutional rigour and business-owner priorities. Academic credentials include an M.A. in Law from the University of Warsaw, studies at the British and European Law Centre, and the German and European Law School. Postgraduate work in Competition Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences and Law of Modern Technologies at Kozminski University deepens her ability to address complex regulatory and digital challenges. Clients gain a partner who brings nearly three decades of corporate and commercial experience to every matter.
