About

Daniel has been working at LYNX legal since 2022, initially as a Student – Junior / Senior Legal Assistant and, since February 2024, as a Junior Associate. He primarily specialises in Corporate & M&A, while also focusing on dispute resolution and debt recovery, including matters involving cross-border elements. In this area, he provides legal assistance throughout the process, from pre-litigation demands and electronic payment orders to enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

As part of his practice, Daniel also handles a broad range of general legal matters, including inheritance proceedings, applications for Czech citizenship and related matters. He also has experience with the process of obtaining German citizenship and with public procurement matters.

Daniel graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the LYNX legal Corporate & M&A professional group.

He speaks Czech, English and German.
