He supports investors throughout the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from early‑stage development through construction and operation. His experience includes comprehensive guidance on administrative and investment procedures, environmental assessments, zoning and planning matters, and obtaining all key permits and decisions necessary for project implementation. He also advises on EPC agreements and other essential contracts in the energy sector, and conducts full legal due diligence reviews.
He regularly represents clients in administrative and court proceedings, including cases before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE). His practice covers licensing matters (generation, trading), securing grid connection conditions, and resolving disputes over grid connection refusals or capacity limitations imposed by distribution system operators. His work also includes drafting and negotiating lease agreements and preparing legal opinions on project compliance with local spatial development plans (MPZP).
