Aneta structures the legal foundation of technology-driven businesses, building frameworks that hold up under regulatory scrutiny. Her practice spans from IT contracts and IP management to legal documentation for online platforms and mobile applications.
On the compliance side, she designs and audits GDPR frameworks, implements AML procedures, and advises on cybersecurity obligations under NIS2. Clients across the technology and digital commerce sectors rely on her to navigate the growing body of EU regulatory requirements, including DSA, Data Act and AI Act. She helps businesses stay ahead of obligations rather than react to them. Alongside her advisory practice, she regularly conducts client training on GDPR and data protection matters. Fluency in Polish and English enables seamless collaboration with international counterparties and foreign counsel across cross-border matters.
A member of the Katowice Bar Association, she holds a Master’s degree from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law and Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics. She has completed postgraduate studies in New Technologies Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences and in Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University, building continually on specialist expertise.
