Before joining LYNX, Adela-Raluca launched her international legal career in 2005 at NNDKP, one of Romania’s most prominent law firms. She holds both an LL.B. in Law and an M.A. in Business Law from West University of Timisoara. Her real estate and Greenfield investment experience adds a commercial dimension to corporate advisory work. Membership in the Bucharest Bar Association anchors her regulatory standing.
