Alena Müllerová advises clients across the full spectrum of real estate law with particular depth in construction-related matters. Her practice encompasses property acquisitions, development projects, and the intricate permitting processes that often determine project timelines. Working in both Czech and English, she serves domestic and international investors navigating the Czech real estate market. Her approach combines rigorous legal analysis with practical project management sensibility gained from hands-on development experience.
Before joining LYNX in November 2022, Alena built a distinctive career bridging public and private sectors. At the Ministry for Regional Development, she worked within the Department of Zoning and Building Permission Proceedings as part of the appellate administrative authority team. This government role provided direct insight into how building permit decisions are reviewed and adjudicated. She then transitioned to the private sector as a project preparation and permitting manager for a major property developer. This combination of regulatory and commercial experience means clients benefit from counsel who understands both sides of the permitting table. Her legal education at Charles University in Prague provides the doctrinal foundation for this practical expertise.
