LYNX has advised Magdalena Gawłowska-Bujok and Tomasz Bujok, the Founders of No Fluff Jobs, on the sale of their shares in the company and their exit, as No Fluff Jobs joins the portfolio of Grupa Pracuj, the owner of Poland’s leading job platform Pracuj.pl.
No Fluff Jobs, founded in 2014, was the first job platform in Poland to require employers to disclose salary ranges in every listing – a standard that has since reshaped recruitment practices across the IT sector and beyond. The platform publishes over 25,000 active job listings per month, has been trusted by more than 10,000 clients, and attracts over 530,000 unique visitors monthly across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Hungary.
Strengthening Grupa Pracuj’s position in IT recruitment
The acquisition adds No Fluff Jobs to Grupa Pracuj’s portfolio alongside theprotocol.it and Pracuj.pl, reinforcing the group’s position in the IT recruitment segment. No Fluff Jobs will remain a separate brand within the group. The transaction is part of Grupa Pracuj’s Strategy 2030, which envisages growth through selective acquisitions of complementary businesses.
A relationship spanning the full lifecycle of the business
The Founders’ exit is the culmination of a relationship between LYNX (formerly BSJP) and the Founders that began in the company’s early years and has continued through every major milestone since: the entry of Ringier Axel Springer Polska as a shareholder in 2018, the increase of its stake to a majority holding in 2022, the subsequent sale of a controlling stake by the Founders, and now this exit – alongside ongoing day-to-day legal support provided throughout.
