Petr Chvátal is a Junior Associate at LYNX Law Firm, where he has been working since February 2026. Prior to joining LYNX, he gained experience at several leading Czech and international law firms. He is also registered on the list of mediators for collective disputes maintained by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.
His practice focuses primarily on real estate law, corporate law, finance, and securities issuances. He also advises clients on cybersecurity, employment law, and dispute resolution.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University. He is a member of the Common Law Society.
