The 14th edition of the Polish Infrastructure Congress will take place on 15 June 2026 in Warsaw. Once again, we are pleased to serve as the Legal Partner of the event, and our experts, Jarosław Sroka and Krzysztof Kowalczyk, will be among the speakers.
LYNX has been closely associated with the Congress for many years. Each edition brings together over 600 representatives of Poland’s central and local government, as well as leaders from the transport and construction sectors. The event is organized by the TOR Business Advisors Team and the Rynek Infrastruktury portal.
We particularly encourage you to attend the panel discussion “Investment dynamics vs. administration: What is holding back infrastructure development?”, featuring Jarosław Sroka, attorney-at-law and Partner at LYNX. The discussion will cover, among other topics, the need to strengthen the staffing and financial capacity of public authorities responsible for issuing administrative decisions, the future of the so-called “Construction Five” initiative, proposed reforms of the National Appeals Chamber (KIO), and the financing of local government investments.
We also invite you to attend the presentation “Mandatory mediation in construction disputes: Yes, but when?”, which will be delivered by Krzysztof Kowalczyk, attorney-at-law and Partner at LYNX.
This year’s Congress will be held at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw. More details: LINK
