BSJP advised Denmark’s European Energy A/S in the process of obtaining a EUR 53 million loan from NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank in connection with the construction and development of the Liskowo wind farm with a total capacity of approximately 40 MW. The electricity generation licence for the wind farm, located in north-western Poland, is currently scheduled to be obtained in the first half of 2023.
Our law firm conducted the negotiations of a loan agreement to obtain financing for the construction of the “Liskowo” wind farm, the negotiations of security documents and advised European Energy A/S on energy law and project issues. European Energy A/S is one of Europe’s largest renewable energy developers.
