From 15 to 18 October 2026, LYNX lawyers will attend the INSOL Europe Annual Congress in Vilamoura, Portugal.
Held under the theme “Follow the tide or surf the wave: Stay afloat in a fragmented world”, the congress will bring together restructuring and insolvency professionals from across Europe for a programme covering topics such as geopolitical risk, shareholder rights, pre-pack bankruptcy, asset recovery and technology in the courtroom.
