LYNX provided comprehensive legal advisory services to Saab in connection with the negotiation and conclusion of a contract covering technical, logistical and maintenance support services for advanced training systems operated by the Polish Armed Forces in five combat training sites. The contract is valid until the end of 2028 and will ensure the continuation of technical support that Saab has been providing to the Polish Armed Forces since 2023.
These training sites play an important role in strengthening Poland’s national training capacity while also enabling seamless integration and full interoperability with allied systems.
With our legal support, Saab signed the contract for providing the combat training solutions including technical services to Poland in 2021. It included delivery of state-of-the-art training systems and establishment of support sites at five military sites across Poland.
