He has developed hands-on experience throughout the corporate lifecycle, from company incorporations and governance changes to transaction documentation and legal due diligence. In transactional work, he assesses legal and contractual issues that may influence deal structure, execution and ongoing operations, highlighting the points that require attention before the transaction moves forward. His dispute resolution work involves case strategy and preparation in civil, commercial and employment disputes, underpinned by focused research and careful procedural analysis. He holds both an LL.B. and a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest.
