Home office po novom<\/p>\n<p>Doteraz platilo, \u017ee pr\u00e1cu z domu prim\u00e1rne nemo\u017eno nariadi\u0165, ale mo\u017eno ju len dohodn\u00fa\u0165. Poslednou novelou Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce sa v\u0161ak podmienky pre nariadenie pr\u00e1ce z domu zmenili a to, \u017ee:<\/p>\n<u>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd nariadi\u0165 v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce z dom\u00e1cnosti zamestnanca, ak to dohodnut\u00fd druh pr\u00e1ce umo\u017e\u0148uje; a z\u00e1rove\u0148<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">zamestnanec m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na vykon\u00e1vanie pr\u00e1ce zo svojej dom\u00e1cnosti, ak to dohodnut\u00fd druh pr\u00e1ce umo\u017e\u0148uje. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ak zamestnanec po\u017eaduje pr\u00e1cu z domu, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e by mu ju umo\u017eni\u0165 mal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tak\u00e1to \u00faprava plat\u00ed v \u010dase mimoriadnej situ\u00e1cie, n\u00fadzov\u00e9ho stavu, alebo v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu a po\u010das dvoch mesiacov po ich odvolan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kontroln\u00fd list dom\u00e1cej pracovne a bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ca z domu je st\u00e1le pr\u00e1cou vykon\u00e1vanou pod\u013ea pokynov zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea. Aj zamestnancovi pracuj\u00facemu z domu sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 pracovn\u00fd \u00faraz, za ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zodpovedn\u00fd zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e. Odpor\u00fa\u010dame V\u00e1m preto ma\u0165 sp\u00edsan\u00e9 aspo\u0148 minim\u00e1lne \u0161tandardy pre pr\u00e1cu v home office, usmernenia k bezpe\u010dnosti v pr\u00e1ci, k pracovn\u00e9mu \u010dasu a k form\u00e1m komunik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dohoda o BYOD \/ technologick\u00e9 vybavenie zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea<\/p>\n<p>V mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch bud\u00fa zamestnanci pracova\u0165 na svojich vlastn\u00fdch zariadeniach. Okrem zv\u00e1\u017eenia bezpe\u010dnosti tak\u00e9hoto pr\u00edstupu k firemn\u00fdm datab\u00e1zam a in\u00fdm citliv\u00fdm inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m je potrebn\u00e9 zmluvn\u00fdm vz\u0165ahom upravi\u0165 podmienky pou\u017e\u00edvania technick\u00e9ho vybavenia (PC, mobil, &#8230;), ktor\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed zamestnanec. Dohoda o BYOD (bring your own device) m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou samotnej dohody o dom\u00e1cej pr\u00e1ci, ale aj ako separ\u00e9 dokument. Cie\u013eom dohody je upravi\u0165 n\u00e1hrady dom\u00e1cej pr\u00e1ce za vyu\u017e\u00edvanie zamestnancov\u00fdch technick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed vr\u00e1tane in\u00fdch vec\u00ed ako s\u00fa in\u017einierske siete, poistenie, kancel\u00e1rske potreby, upratovanie, celkov\u00e9 opotrebenie at\u010f.<\/p>\n<p>4. Smernica k home office<\/p>\n<p>Jednotn\u00e9 podmienky home office (podmienky pou\u017e\u00edvania technick\u00e9ho vybavenia, komunik\u00e1cia so zamestnancom po\u010das pr\u00e1ce z domu, evidencia jeho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu a in\u00e9) je mo\u017en\u00e9 plo\u0161ne stanovi\u0165 aj v internom dokumente zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, t. j. v smernici, ktor\u00fa zamestnanec spolu s dohodou o pr\u00e1ci z domu podp\u00ed\u0161e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vzh\u013eadom na aktu\u00e1lnu situ\u00e1ciu sme pripravili preh\u013ead z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch bodov, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 dodr\u017ea\u0165 pri pr\u00e1ci z home office.&nbsp; 1.
