Saska\u0146\u0101 ar 2014.\u00a0gada 1.\u00a0apr\u012b\u013ca likumu Nr.\u00a0150 17\/2014 lauksaimniec\u012bbas zemes, kas atrodas \u0101rpus apb\u016bv\u0113tas teritorijas, p\u0101rdo\u0161ana tiek veikta, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 noteikt\u0101s likum\u0101 noteikt\u0101s pirmpirkuma ties\u012bbas par labu vair\u0101k\u0101m personu kategorij\u0101m, kas ir sagrup\u0113tas 7 da\u017e\u0101d\u0101s pirmpirkuma ties\u012bbu sa\u0146\u0113m\u0113ju rind\u0101s, p\u0113d\u0113jo rangu ie\u0146emot Rum\u0101nijas valstij ar Valsts dom\u0113nu a\u0123ent\u016bras starpniec\u012bbu. \u0160\u012bs pak\u0101pes ir s\u012bki izkl\u0101st\u012btas Noteikumu 2.\u00a0pant\u0101, at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bb\u0101 no t\u0101m, kas s\u0101kotn\u0113ji uzskait\u012btas Likum\u0101 Nr.\u00a017\/2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>5.\u00a0Ir ar\u012b svar\u012bgi atz\u012bm\u0113t, ka zemes, uz kuru ir likum\u012bgi noteiktas pirmpirkuma ties\u012bbas, p\u0101rdo\u0161ana nevar notikt bez \u012bpa\u0161as Zemkop\u012bbas un lauku att\u012bst\u012bbas ministrijas at\u013caujas, kas apliecina atbilst\u012bbu likum\u0101 noteiktajai pirmpirkuma ties\u012bbu izmanto\u0161anas proced\u016brai, vai, ja pirmpirkuma ties\u012bbu tur\u0113t\u0101ji nepau\u017e savu nodomu ieg\u0101d\u0101ties zemi, \u012bpa\u0161as at\u013caujas, kas apliecina likuma 4.\u00a0panta 1.\u00a0punkt\u0101 noteikto nosac\u012bjumu izpildi (potenci\u0101lajiem pirc\u0113jiem, fizisk\u0101m vai juridisk\u0101m person\u0101m).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>6.\u00a0K\u0101 iz\u0146\u0113mums no iepriek\u0161 5.\u00a0punkt\u0101 izkl\u0101st\u012btaj\u0101m, 7.\u00a0panta (1)\u00a0punkts Noteikumi nosaka, ka, ja p\u0101rdev\u0113js nav iesniedzis pieteikumu \u012bpa\u0161uma p\u0101rdo\u0161anas pied\u0101v\u0101juma v\u0113stules izst\u0101d\u012b\u0161anai saska\u0146\u0101 ar 1. punktu un pirc\u0113ja statusu ie\u0146em k\u0101da no likuma 20. panta (2) da\u013cas 1. punkt\u0101 uzskait\u012btaj\u0101m person\u0101m (kop\u012bpa\u0161nieki, laul\u0101tie un radinieki l\u012bdz tre\u0161ajai pak\u0101pei), zemes p\u0101rdo\u0161anu var nosl\u0113gt bez \u012bpa\u0161as Zemkop\u012bbas un lauku att\u012bst\u012bbas ministrijas apstiprin\u0101juma.
