Od roku 2014 se bude tato n\u00e1hrada poskytovat v souladu s \u00a7 192 z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce znovu pouze v dob\u011b prvn\u00edch 14 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanec, kter\u00fd bude uzn\u00e1n pr\u00e1ce neschopn\u00fdm nebo mu bude na\u0159\u00edzena karant\u00e9na v roce 2014:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; bude m\u00edt n\u00e1rok na nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky od okresn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed ji\u017e od 15. dne trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti \u010di karant\u00e9ny;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; v obdob\u00ed prvn\u00edch 14 dn\u00ed bude m\u00edt n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy od zam\u011bstnavatele;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nad\u00e1le plat\u00ed, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel poskytuje n\u00e1hradu mzdy za dny, kter\u00e9 jsou pro zam\u011bstnance pracovn\u00edmi dny, a \u017ee za prvn\u00ed t\u0159i pracovn\u00ed dny (nejv\u00fd\u0161e v\u0161ak za prvn\u00edch 24 neodpracovan\u00fdch hodin z rozvr\u017een\u00fdch sm\u011bn) n\u00e1hrada mzdy nen\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. P\u0159i karant\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1hrada mzdy od prvn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho dne.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je postup na p\u0159elomu roku 2013 a 2014. Jestli\u017ee pracovn\u00ed neschopnost vznikla v roce 2013 a trv\u00e1 i v roce 2014, n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1hrada mzdy od zam\u011bstnavatele v obdob\u00ed prvn\u00edch 21 dn\u016f pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.
